Solar For All

What is Solar for All?

The Maryland Clean Energy Center (MCEC) is bringing the benefits of solar power to low-income and underserved communities across Maryland. Thanks to a $7 billion grant from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Solar for All program, with $62 million coming to the state of Maryland, we’re making solar accessible and affordable for more residents.

The Maryland Solar for All Program

The Maryland Solar for All Program (MSFAP) will be launching programs that provide rebates and financing for rooftop solar on single-family homes, multifamily housing, and community solar projects. These initiatives will allow Maryland residents to reduce their energy costs through solar power.
